The flats are located in a newly built residential complex in the touristic town of Orosei (about 80 km from the port and airport of Olbia), with its medieval historic centre dominated by the ruins of the ancient Judicial castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy beach that stretches for 5 km, features several beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and it's only 3 km away from the residence.
